2 questions about homescreen artwork - PantsOnFire - 2015-08-31
Hi all,
Loving this skin. Almost tweaked to perfection, but couple things I can't sort:
1) artwork on the homescreen seems confusing;
A) can you choose a multi-image slideshow? (Like Aeon Nox), are are you limited to just one image?
B) I've selected fallback image in the settings, but I always see a black background with no art.
2) last question, is it possible to remove the POWER icon from the home screen? (I intend my new Pi2 to be always-on).

Just looking through the custom colours thread... Looks like a lot of ppl choose to populate their home screens with film fanart.
I'm just wanting to use a slideshow from a folder of downloaded backdrops, is this possible?

I hope, I understood your question correctly. Here is my solution:
Question 1
In Settings of Eminence go to: Home Screen > Set globally background widget and select "Disable", then go to: "Set home background" and select your directory containing the images for a slideshow.
Question 2
In Settings of Eminence simply disable "Show Power Button"
If you want, you can also select the image "wood.jpg" in: Settings> Fanart> Set background overlay.
