1. Can't seem to be able to save (export) skin settings after i customize menus and backgrounds, i get a script error (toolbox). Can anyone reproduce this?

Tested on Isengard, export worked as expected.
Tested on Jarvis, received an error. I'm guessing you must also be running Jarvis? May just need to wait until the toolbox script is updated for Jarvis.

No, it's 2.3.0 running on Isengard 15.2 RC, installed from official repo.
