A few days ago I started trying to implement some PVR functionality. So far I had done just the basic jsonrpc methods and types. And today just finished the basic ui stuff to get a list of channel groups, channels, and do channel switching.
After get this far, I did plan fork and maybe open an WIP pull request. But, I just saw a recent commit for the PVR jsonrpc methods and types. So, my question is it really being worked on or close to being done? I don't want to spend time on something that will just popup in the repo fully done.

It's being worked on right now... Bad timing. I would advise you to wait a while longer, then check the repo to see if you want to add something.
