Track Names Not Showing on Certain Albums? - Xeonerium - 2016-01-08

Hello there. I'm new here lol but was wondering if someone could steer me right. I've used Kodi for a while now and have all my media setup the way I want and hitch free (up until this) but recently added the discographies of Led Zeppelin and Lynyrd Skynyrd to my library but for some reason all the tracks in all the albums appear as "Track 1, Track 2 " etc... I haven't really been able to find an answer to this anywhere and was wondering if someone could help?

No doubt there will be an extremely obvious and easy solution or something but I can't find it anyway lol.

Thanks in advance Smile

Do they have the track title set in the id3 tags?

I'm not sure as I'm not sure what id3 tags are lol. I've compared the "Details" section of the tracks to other tracks from artists that do appear and everything looks the same? If that's what it is

Tags are the embedded metadata in the music files that contains all the information such as track title, track number, artist, album artist, album title etc, Kodi uses this info to create the Library. So I take it you don't verify the music file tags with something like the mp3tag software before adding? if so then that is likely your problem.

Aaaah I see. I thought it took it from the information that's in the Properties of the files. And no I don't because I've never had to, to be honest. First time I've ever really had the problem. Thanks for the help mate Smile
