[ User Error ] Mythtv 0.27.6 and mythtv pvr incompatibility ? - gsulshski - 2016-02-13
Before: Running mythtv 0.27.5 (with fixes) with Kodi Jarvis 16.0 RC3 and mythtv pvr enabled and Kodi with LiveTV was working fine on OS X 10.11.3
Now: Updated to mythtv 0.27.6 and rebooted and now Kodi through mythtv pvr can not connect to mythtv backend
Error message from Log while trying to connect:

Mythtv front end works fine with 0.27.6 and I can watch, etc so I know mythtv backend is working

Never mind.. I am not sure why Mythtv front end worked...but I restarted mythtv backend and everything seems fine
