Is Bello no longer being developed/Updated?
I just updated to Jarvis and I don't see it in the list of available skins from the xbmc repo

last version of bello from nessus is for 14.
you could use the fredo's mode for jarvis try to search on google.

You could try installing manually by copying the Bello skin folder to your kodi/addons/ folder.
