Problem with selected item in music lists - braz - 2016-05-28
I'll try to explain this as best I can, hopefully this is something the music devs can fix.
When navigating the music library in Kodi 17/Estuary, if I press back from album level to artist level, the focused item is pushed to the bottom of the list, regardless of its prior position. The video library doesn't behave like this when moving from tvshow/season/episode. Is there a way to change this behavior so the music library behaves like the video library? The way it's currently working is causing some minor visual glitches in the Mimic skin.

I'm not familiar with what video library does, but I get the same focused item at bottom of list behaviour with both 15.2 and 16.1 with Confluence so it is not something new to Krypton or Estuary. Does 16 have the same Mimic skin glitches?
The "music devs" is pretty much me at the moment, and I'm not sure how much I can help you, but willing to try.

Hmm, I tested Estuary last night and video lists weren't doing this. Will investigate some more.
I've noticed this for some time, so yeah, it's not a new issue.

Thanks for checking guys, I did some more testing, which only leaves me more confused. Here's what I did...
- Installed 5/28 nightly and switched to Estuary skin.
- Navigated through the music/video/addon libraries and everything worked as I thought it should (the currently focused item was NOT pushed to the bottom of the list).
- After going in and out of several levels, all of the sudden the focused item started being pushed to the bottom of the list. No idea what causes the focused item to start being pushed to the bottom, doesn't seem to be consistent.
Should I post in the Feature Requests forum to change the behavior so the focused item maintains its position? Or do you see this as a bug?

I can't duplicate it myself on Aeon MQ5. Tried going through "all albums" to songs and back in case that made a difference but couldn't reproduce.
