DTS in WAV (IEC61937) - bitstreamout - 2016-06-28

Hi,

just new here, sorry if I asked an already asked question. Nevertheless I run onto a problem with kodi 16.1 on my QNAP NAS (which included an Ubuntu 14.04 LTS in an active chroot environment so called HD Station). The old kodi14 from the HD Station can play my WAV (44.1kHz/16bit) files which include an DTS 5.1 stream due IEC61937 by decoding them and give out over the HDMI pluged into my AVR. I've also tried passthrough which works for the most WAV/DTS samples I have around but sometime the magic IEC61937 words seems to be missed on some of my classic albums which can is then very noisy.
Meanwhile I've installed the kodi 16.1 and run onto the problem that this version can not play such WAV files not by demuxing, decoding nor by passthrough (which is enabled for DTS, AC3, E-AC3, DolbyHD, and DTS HD as reported as supported in /proc/asound/card0/eld#2.0 on the QNAP). The log of kodi 16.1 shows:

Playing the specia WAV's with aplay with and without pulseaudio does work that is the AVR detects DTS and does play.

I additionally tried all DTS samples that I have from developing Audio Engine and all work with DTS.
