Hi There.
I recently connected the app to my Windows machine which unfortunately was running a recent version of Krypton with a bug where it displays the same image for all posters, fanart, and thumbnails. I have managed to fix the issue on my PC by uninstalling completely and starting from fresh with an earlier version, but the app still has the old duplicated images stored. Is there anyway to force it to refresh the artwork?

Yep, if you go into the device settings, under kodi remote there is the option "clean cache at restart", enable this option, kill the app and re-open it and the clean process will start.
