Question about linking a dependency please - Excite - 2016-09-11 Hi, I love how customizable this skin is and its been great but I have one issue that I just cannot resolve on my own. I want to have a "label" for url resolver update where I could click on that label and be taken to url resolver to manually update it, OR even better, would be a way to click a label that would essentially update url resolver from a submenu. I know that there are "customizable" commands one can use such as "noop" for example. Is there a command that I could fill in within the customizable commands that would allow me to update url resolver from that spot rather than going through addons ->system->url resolver->update? You cannot add url resolver as a favorite so choices are limited. Thanks very much! RE: Question about linking a dependency please - braz - 2016-09-11 Sounds like you want to launch the addon info dialog so you can press the update button? No idea if this is possible. It's easy to launch an addon's settings dialog, but I'm not aware of a way to launch the info dialog. RE: Question about linking a dependency please - Excite - 2016-09-12 Hi Braz, thanks Yes I suppose I am asking if something like that if possible OR possibly having a link directly to it in some way rather than the 4 step process. I was hoping there might be some sort of "activation" custom command that could be used or something similar to do that. I dont know, but hopefully IF there is either of those things possible someone can let me know if they know, hopefully something like one of the two things I noted is possible. Thanks for the reply. |
