As described here just reversed , My issue is the aspect ratio is wrong if it doesn't have a proper Poster image , and displays the thumbnail like a poster (wrong aspect ratio )
But I can not for the life of me find what xml file to change . I get what i need to do , IF i could find the Proper OSD xml to change ~!

Think i Figured it out , I just added
<aspectratio>keep</aspectratio>
to Line 58
In file \1080i\DialogSeekBar.xml
If it helps anyone else !
