Hey, guys have seen it posted in other places but with no answer.
Autoexec.py will not run out of the user directory situated in an Android APK for example "/assets/userdata/Autoexec.py" and requires that it be placed in the Userdata situated in the Android installation, for example, "sdcard/Android/data/org.kodi.xbmc/files/.kodi/userdata"
is anyone aware of an easy way to either write the Autoexec.py into a Rom / or into the Kodi APK, the purpose is to enable plugins on first boot.

Have you tried putting it into org.xbmc.kodi/assets/userdata ?
