File manager: SMB move instead of copy/delete - ArianHD - 2017-11-16

Hello friends!

Moving files within same SMB share takes forever. Why not simple move instantly instead of copy first then delete source?

I hope is an easy change/fix...

Best Regards!

Embedded Android TV 7.0 on a recent Sony model with KODI latest version installed from Play Store.

Kodi v17 uses a samba version that does not support that. It should(could) work on v18, which has updated samba.

edit: only now noticed you said move file, so what spiff said.

everything works fine on my ubuntu box. the code should be identical on droid. are you sure you're not renaming across shares?
