TV won't work on Kodi FE, but works on MythTV FE - Yippee38 - 2017-12-03
I'm running a Mythbuntu backend with a SiliconDust HD Homerun Extend. I can watch TV on my backend just fine. On my HTPC, I'm running OpenSUSE Leap 42.3. I can watch TV using the MythTV frontend on that machine, but I can't watch TV using Kodi. Channels shows nothing. The guide does not show up. I found the discussion about hidden characters in the channel information, and I discovered that I had that problem. I removed those special characters through the backend Channel Editor and ran Mythfilldatabase. Still no TV. Here's a logfile from me trying to access the Channel list, the Guide, and just watch live TV from Kodi: Logfile.
Does anybody have any suggestions of what the problem could be?
