Configuration for hdhomerun prime without cablecard - ozooha - 2017-12-31

I have managed to get setup right for the MythTV database for xmltv based EPG - its get the EPG info as seen on the top right hand corner of the kodi screen.
However I cannot seem to get the the channels to work as it keeps giving me the onscreen "channel not available" message. Below are the relevant warnings:

01:34:00.286 T:139713372940032 WARNING: CreateLoader - unsupported protocol(pvr) in pvr://channels/tv/All channels/pvr.mythtv_1001.tbn
01:34:00.286 T:139713372940032 WARNING: CreateLoader - unsupported protocol(pvr) in pvr://channels/tv/All channels/pvr.mythtv_1000.tbn

The native HDhomerun addon for kodi works fine but not when I use the kodi-addon-pvr-mthtv addon.
Anyone knows what the configuration should be?
Let me know if anything else is required.

Partial logs are useless. Please post a full debug log to pastebin or similar.

Doesn't matter now as I figured it out what the problem was:
  1. it was the serviceid in the mythconverg.channel which was set to 0 as opposed to NULL.
  2. and callsign was set to the corresponding values in channum
