Official Kodi remote V1.5.7 on IOS 11.2.5 not adding new Kodi box - Jer82 - 2018-02-09
As per the title, I have built a new Kodi box on a windows machine and was unable to get the remote to work with it.
All of the settings appeared correct so I downloaded another Kodi remote app and it worked right away. I am partial to the official Kodi remote so I went back and confirmed all of my configurations and it still wasn't working, I decided to modify one of my existing connections in the app and after changing it to my required settings it worked instantly.
Not sure if I found a bug, or if anybody else can confirm this issue with their App.
I was thinking of uninstalling and re-installing the app from my phone, but didn't want to re-add my list of Kodi boxes if I did not need to.
