Ok I have lost my original remote is there another way to download a remote or do I just need to order another remote.

Do you mean a remote to install on your phone, then try core or yatze.
In general you can get almost any physical remote you like. Are you looking for tips..?

You could use a wireless computer keyboard. Or as said use one of the phone based remotes like Yatse or Kore. You could use the remote in Kodi's web interface by typing in your Kodi device's IP address into any web browser. Personally I use the Kassi remote in Google Chrome.
