Adjust the light intensity of subtitles in HDR movies. - Bindou - 2018-05-08

Hello everyone.
Do you know if there is a way to adjust the light intensity of subtitles in HDR movies ?

No functionality for that exists (yet?).
You can change the subtitle color from white to gray, for example.

Check in settings>player>language>font colour and choose grey.

Good idea, but it does not work. Color does not activate on my HDR movie subtitles.

color is only applied to text based subtitle formats (srt, ass, ...) and not any pixel based subtitles (bluray PGS, DVD sub), since those get their color from the pixel format already (like on Avatar, the subs have the N'avi font and are blueish ...)
