This looks like one of those "boxes" that have a closed operating system on it. A 'prehistoric' Linux version with a, for Kodi, unsupported graphics chip. I'm afraid you won't get very far with that with today's Kodi application. Either you keep using the system that is on that device, or you can use the O!Play device as a useful bookend, while getting a more recent piece of hardware to run Kodi on.
