What I'm trying to find is a blacklist of addon/repo with security problem (spam, virus, etc.) and not content? For instance, I saw in the net that Kodil is a risky repo due to spam/virus, any other out there to avoid for new user?

Kodil is on the list of banned add-ons because it enables video piracy. Spam/virus stuff is apparently an added bonus for using that add-on.
Team Kodi has no list of add-ons because of "security problems".

I found out about Kodil because it's commented in several places, but there might be other new ones. Is it possible to have a sticky post with a blacklist and users can add if they found out about it?

We are not an antivirus company.
Our own software and add-ons are open-source. Anyone spotting spam or a virus in our software can directly contact us. Whatever people receive onto their Kodi setups via 3rd party repositories/add-ons is not our problem.
