discart.png is available at fanart.tv... https://fanart.tv/movie/37724/skyfall/
Download and save the art as <videofilename>-discart.png.
To load in Kodi v18 (assuming you are using local artwork)
1. Use Artwork Beef, or
2. Apply advancedsettings.xml tags for artwork and scrape movie and local artwork. Also use Universal Movie Scraper for extended artwork. See... https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=129821&pid=2811881#pid2811881
3. Load via Choose Art in the Movie Information page.
