Does Kodi 19 include Python 3? - threshold84 - 2019-07-08
I changed my development platform to Ubuntu Linux 18.04 and also resorted to ppa-nightly for testing Kodi 19, but I was wondering if it includes Python 3.X.
I booted into Windows and I got UnicodeDecodeError for the exact same function. Which is solvable... I am just saying.

The plan is to merge that PR as soon as possible, we were hoping to have it done by now but there's been a couple of platform specific issues that need resolving before it can be merged.
