issue scraping show - 'Root element is missing.' - zerocool_ie - 2019-07-30

I'm having an issue scraping the show Peaky Blinders.. I wonder if you might know of a fix for it?

  1. Right click show
  2. Click Rescrape show
  3. Choose suggested IMDB match
  4. Click OK

Error message in UI:

Looks like an issue with the XML file that the TVDb API sends for this specific tv show. Maybe you have to wait for the next cache refresh on the TVDb server (maybe 24h?).

If it's the tvdb link you are after
The legacy one is broken atm https://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=270915 (thread here) you have to use https://www.thetvdb.com/series/peaky-blinders

My data scrapers are set to use IMDB (for Certification & Ratings only), then TVDB for all other fields.

Might work now?

In case you are not aware TVDB are transferring their DB to a new site. Might be glitches for the next couple of days.
