Showing New TV Episodes as Series? - FlashPan - 2020-04-05
Hello all,
Apologies in advance as I am struggling to word this correctly maybe.
My query is:
When you add a new TV Show, be it 1 or 2 episodes or a whole season. Under the recently added episodes screen under TV shows you see each individual TV episode.
Is it possible that for any TV show (whole or part season) added that instead of showing each episode you see the main season poster instead?
I ask as sometimes when I rip and add a new TV series, let's say 15 episodes. That takes up the full line/space of new TV episodes and anything that was recently added (a different show) is gone/lost.
So to make it more clear. eg:
Monday:
I add season 1 of Red Dwarf. The TV show poster is only visable in recently added. I then watch 2 episodes and they are marked as watched.
Tuesday:
I add season 1 of The Flash. The TV show poster is added before Red Dwarf
Wednesday:
I add season 2 of Red Dwarf. The TV show poster is then moved in front of The Flash and when I enter into Red Dwarf I can browse through the 2 seasons as normal and see that season 1 episode 1 and 2 have already been watched.
Hope it makes sense what I am asking? Or is this a feature request?

At a minimum Estuary (the default skin) won't do that. There is a forum area for Estuary where you can make features requests, although it's complex enough that I suspect the Kodi devs won't be interested in taking it on for the skin (they like the Estuary skin to be simple to use). It's possible you could do it with one of the Estuary skin mods like Estuary ModV2. It uses some skin helper services that might let you have a widget like the one you want.
