Video Buffering for both OTA live or recorded video - Jatinder5 - 2020-05-11
Raspberry PI 3+, Libreelec , TVHeadend, Hauppage USB tuner ( WinTV-HVR-950 tuner). Even tried using Hauuppage Xbox one tuner. Also tried using 6A power supply for Raspberry PI.
Mpeg2 license installed as you can see the log. CPU does not activity above 50% usage.

In tvheadend, under epg modules, disable the ota psip. That worked for me.
