Yes. Buy some, rip them, scrape them, watch them via Kodis internal video player

I have to Create a playercorefactory.xml. These libraries are included in SVN by default as DLL's under the subfolder. I have tried so many on the website you shared but not working. This message is coming: The requested URL /viewvc/xbmc/trunk/XBMC/system/players/dvdplayer/ was not found on this server.
But this method is working on other websites https://www.tvnewslivestream.com/msnbc-news-live-stream-online-free/

Kindly anybody checks and tell me where I am wrong. or doing mistake.?
