[Announcement] new community home at https://www.reddit.com/r/tinyMediaManager - mlaggner - 2021-03-05 The Kodi projects provided us a home for many years, but now the time has come to move our community home to another location. The new home for the tinyMediaManager community is on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/tinyMediaManager/) this subforum will be changed into read-only mode soon (closed for new threads/post), but will not get deleted. The tinyMediaManager team thanks the Kodi team for providing us a subforum over the past years and for helping us with Kodi specific topics. [Announcement] new community home - puenktchen - 2021-03-06 May i ask what's the reason behind this move? RE: [Announcement] new community home - mlaggner - 2021-03-07 Due to the change of our license model, we breach some Kodi forum rules (see https://kodi.wiki/view/Official:Forum_rules - "2.2 No selling or promoting of services for money"), so we needed to find a new location for our community RE: [Announcement] new community home - tars - 2021-03-16 Is it not possible you talk to Kodi mods and find some way to keep staying here? Most tmm users are also Kodi users. By using the same forum, it'll also help Kodi/tmm users. And a lot of reported issues are interrelated both to Kodi and tmm and that's why Kodi mods keep moving threads in and out and step into the discussion frequently. That helps a lot of issue getting addressed effectively and constructively. Unless you can move all threads here to the reddit, all previous discussion with tmm will be gone. Also I think reddit is only good for quick Q&A for users seeking immediate help. How about you're not urging people to buy a pro version here, only providing free version information and just your website link in the main post? |
