"Remove this main menu item" button - Pictures - madmax2 - 2021-06-01

Why is there button "Remove this main menu item" for menu items
-Movies
-TV Shows
-Music
-Music Videos
-TV
-Radio
-Games
-Weather

but no button for Pictures

I think not everyone has any interest in displaying Pictures in Kodi, just like any of the other menu items...
and pictures is probably the one of most... people would the least be interest in displaying in the main menu

Seems like the button is added to all the other main menu item but was forgotten to be added for Pictures main menu item

Please fix this kodi devs

I mean the side menu that shows all the main menu items

here is a Picture menu item on the left - no buttons to remove this main menu item

yes i know you can do that..
but it is not as quick or as easy as doing directly in the main GUI..
and for people who newly just installed Kodi, they might not know that you can do it for Pictures unlike the others.

Can you alert the kodi devs to this oversight and fix that problem
cos all the other main menu items can be remove quickly yet Pictures can't which is odd.
And pictures is probably one of the main menu item that alot of people would not be interested in for a media player.

Whenever I install Kodi on a new device..I always remove the Pictures main menu item
I find it quite annoying that I can't remove the Pictures menu item directly from the home screen like all the other Main Menu items.

I know that the Kodi devs forgot to add this button for Pictures
because they added it to all the other Main menu items..
and there is nothing special about Pictures, that it should be excluded.

Yes.. you can do that
but it is missing for Pictures and yet is showing on all the other Main menu items is an oversight that should be fixed.

Also for newbies (who may not know that you can remove it) or people who just want to quickly removed this menu item (when they first installed Kodi) on a new device..
not having the button is annoying/not user friendly when all the other Main menu items has it.
There is nothing special about Pictures main menu item, that it should be excluded from having that button while all the other Main menu items has it.

And Pictures is probably one of the first main menu items that people removed from their media player...
I know I do all the time whenever I install on a new device.

So can you please get one of the estuary dev to do this?
