Change channel by typing channel number and pressing ok/enter - Rushil - 2021-10-05
I wanted to use my remote number buttons to control Live TV just like a normal STB
For example Pressing "6","4","4" and then pressing "Ok" button changes the Live TV channel to Channel no.644 (pvr://channels/tv/All Channels/644.pvr)
but on my Android TV that does not happen.. is it possible to do using Keymap editor or anything else? if yes please answer.
and will I get a textfield prompt like the normal STB (that comes on the top right side)?

A keyboard can be CEC, IR, RF, BT, and even a phone Please send your logs showing you the key presses. Of note, Android doesn't necessarily see all the keys on a remote, the KeyNMap addon would help identify the problem.
