Kodi freeze after Video Playback (CoreELEC) - SGerhard - 2021-12-21
Hi there,
My System is Odroid N2 4GB running Kodi in CoreElec and below Docker running jellyfin.
The system runs fine with some backdrops.
The main problem however is the mentioned freezing after video playback. With the same file, the problem is 100% reproducable.

I hope these logs are helpful. I skimmed through but since I am not very familiar with programming, debugging and stuff - just a user, I would be very happe if you could help me find out what is going wrong here and why Kodi freezes.
By the way, it’s just Kodi. I still can access the system via ssh and the docker images are still alive. I can still access my media through jellyfin. So I suppose the problem is in Kodi not CoreElec...?
Please tell me what further info you need. I am glad for all the help I can find.

For a proper debug log (wiki), enable debugging in Kodi, then restart Kodi to get a the full debug info. Right now, debugging was enabled late in the Kodi session and was switched off/on a couple of times... Just leave it on for the whole session
Are there any Kodi freezes without the whole Jellyfin setup?
Did you also ask on the CoreELEC forum about this?

Hi @Klojum yes, I did post the question in the CoreELEC forum but did not get a response so far.
I will enable debugging (then I see CPU usage and stuff in an overlay therefore I did not enable it by default) and check - but this will be possible in the evening only.
I think the porblem is associated with jellyfin. As far as I can tell, the system works fine when not using it. Furhtermore, the log file seems to indicate some problem with jellyfin if I read my crashlog file after the entry "2021-12-20 23:02:34.104 T:8966 " correctly.
However, since people use it and it is designed to be used with Kodi, I would love to migrate from Kodi library management to Jellyfin.

Thanky again for replying. I did get some help in the CoreELEC Forum and my problem was not due to Kodi but due to the jellyfin client addin.
