audioengine and USB XMOS + 7.1 DAC not working - cert_ - 2021-12-30
hi,
i can't hear surround sound on my USB audio device. when i play a movie with dd/ dts 5.1 or 7.1 sound i can only hear sound when i switch to 2.0 or 4.0 speakers in KODI audio settings. tt's not a normal USB audio device, it's an USB XMOS I2S converter with an I2S DAC behind.
because it's an Amlogic device with CoreELEC i have already described the problem with logs in the CoreELEC-Forum: Link
i can play sound with speaker-test in the console so i think it's an audioengine problem.
can you help?
