Cleaning library unset webdav content and removes scrapped data. - dwauser - 2022-01-15

Hey guys,

I've installed webdav on a synology NAS to access media from two remote locations.
One is on an Nvidia Shield running (Matrix) and the other one is on a Rpi3 running LibreElec (Leia).

Accessing media from these locations works great with webdaw https protocol and scrapping correct info works like a charm.
However, cleaning the library removes the scrapped data and removes the content set for the media.

This happens on both devices, and I've found very little information about this.

Any idea why this is happening? Anything I ican do about this?

F.Y.I., it's scraped & scraping, not scrapped & scrapping...

In general, video links are basically removed when the link to the video file cannot be made during the Clean Library process.
Perhaps sometimes goes sideways with the WebDAV protocol itself, or something else is hampering the connection(s).

Allright, got it, scraped & scraping Smile

So where do I go from here? I see this has been an issue for 10+ years, does this affect all webdav users or is it just random? Not sure how I can troubleshoot what's hammering the connection.
