Titan Skin beta and transferring database so it works - commodoreman - 2022-02-03
I was using leia 18 alpha and have just built a raspberry with A lot of stuff on it and I want to put my library from the alpha into the 18 7 version ive got running on my raspberry pi4. Problem is even when I copy user data across with the database files I can get the directory but plugging in the Harddrives the contents are stored on does not connect. As the contents path ' eg playing a file name listed on kodi under a folder directory says cannot find it and then asks to delete it .
How do I get the files to load again proper as they were listed on kodi when scanned. Im also trying to get Titan Beta skin for Leia working but constantly incounter errors with background skin helper error ' failed dependencies from the skin because the Xmbc Gui was different, so I fixed that on the addon xml in the titan package but now get cherrypy 17.0.0 is needed. also ? I edited the cherrypy to read 17 0.0 and the skin installed but when switching to it and logging out of kodi and coming back nothing is there but a blank black screen? I moved textures media folder into the titan skin directory also before installing from zip? Can someone help here please? I really need to get the Titan skin up and running so I can import my theme i was building and then have the same library of media set up as i did on my Android 7 1 Rbox Pro.
I've edited over 1000 entries with Artwork Beef personally and created many myself using a pc and photoshop so I really want to import all my library lists of media into the Titan Skin for Leia build so I have the same media's up as i do on the Android minus the Add-ons i had on the last build just titan skin and dependencies and my library working when I click on the selected item to watch.
I've tried adding the media folder from the 3.8.3 version into the 3.8.5 version then repacking and installing from zip ( with edited Addon.xml for xmbc gui dependency) Changing cherrypy to 17.0.0 and the skin installs but errors about skin helper always pop up constantly.
Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong or how to get Titan Beta for Leia Working please ? and help me get my library of media onto my new device working when I click on file names of media.

Kodi probley not finding your movies because the path to the movies etc has change to a different path to your other raspberrypi , easiest way is to add the new path source and rescrape from scratch like u would of done the 1st time u add your movies to your other raspberrypi.
