not all Movies with an nfo file show up in Kodi - huibu - 2022-02-18 Hey there, as I found it rahter difficult to edit wrong scrap results with in Kodi, I started using Tiny media manager in order to scrape movies and shows. I save the informatio in TMM as nfo for Kodi. In Kodi, I scan the directories for nfo only, and do no scraping within Kodi. I was pretty happy with the result, until I realized that about 15% of the movies that I have scraped in TMM are not present in Kodi. Does anyone have an idea, what the problem could be? There are a few movies, where the file name differs from the folder name, I thought it could be them, but at least two of those show up in Kodi. Any hint or help is greatly appreciated! -tobi RE: not all Movies with an nfo file show up in Kodi - Karellen - 2022-02-18 (2022-02-18, 09:44)huibu Wrote: Does anyone have an idea, what the problem could be?It's hard to say without a Debug Log. Can you find a couple of movies that have not been scanned into the library? Does the video file exist? Check their nfo file- make sure it exists, and it contains data and not empty. In Kodi find these movies in Videos>Files and press i on your keyboard to scan it into the library. Did it scan? If not provide the Debug Log that captures you doing that for a couple of movies. Also copy the contents of the nfo file to Kodi Paste Site and provide the link. Instead of using local content change it to The Movie Database or another one. It will work I have the issue with TMM on some films. |
