Hello ! sorry for my bad english...
I am trying to download the RADIO addon.
Here is my configuration : Windows 11, kodi version 19.4
And I get this error : "The dependency on python version 3.0.0 could not not be satisfied".

You must be downloading an older version of the Radio addon somehow. Where are you downloading it from?

Within kodi (Matrix), Add-ons / Search results : Media sources-Radio (Trisrtan Fischer, enen92 - 3.0.9+matrix.0)

You need to provide the url that you get once you've submitted the log (the address bar in your browser will change to show it).
There should be a string of letters and numbers after the paste.kodi.tv/ part.

You've still got the remnants of a banned addon (wiki) installed. Get rid of that to start with:

That could be where your problems are coming from, if you've still got old Python2 addons or dependencies in there as Matrix won't work with them.
