You have a backslash at "Picon path".

What Fuchs2468 is referring to is:
file:///home/hts/.hts/tvheadend/picon\
file:///home/star/picon\
Should be:
file:///home/star/picon/
file:///home/hts/.hts/tvheadend/picon/
If the path contains the picons that are named the same as the Channels, icons should appear
