Is it possible to make Kodi synchronize with the selected subtitle track in Jellyfin? - Weevild - 2022-08-20 Hi. So at the moment my Kodi client (Shield TV platform) adheres to the default flag for the container's subtitle tracks, which is not what I want most of the time. I've set subtitles to "Always display" in my Jellyfin server and that selects the desired track 90% of the time. In short: is it possible to make Kodi select the same track as my Jellyfin server have? A scenario could look like this: the jellyfin server has selected track 2 in the mkv container which is not default but the track I want, while Kodi has selected track 1 which is default. RE: Is it possible to make Kodi synchronize with the selected subtitle track in Jellyfin? - Weevild - 2022-08-20 I thought that this might be a universal "issue" with the settings. RE: Is it possible to make Kodi synchronize with the selected subtitle track in Jellyfin? - Dr. Angelo - 2022-12-27 Hi - Selecting a subtitle frequently requires hitting ENTER key to scroll through the language choices and SDH vs forced etc. PROBLEM: When you accidentally go TOO fast and pass the one you actually want -- it seems that you have to keep going (or start over) hitting ENTER over and over to get to the sub you want again. Subs are often out of alphabetical order which can throw you also. Q: Is there a shortcut, key command, that allows you to GO BACKWARD during the selection process? Thank you! #LOVEKODI |
