We do not support VPNs here - see our VPN policy (wiki) for details.
For such questions, CoreElec would need to support them directly via their own community forum.
Ask there for help.

We have a VPN policy (wiki) on this forum. In short, we don't care about VPN problems. It's not an essential tool to make Kodi work.
