Hi,
- On some movies, I have crashes when I advance a chapter. And I say well, of a chapter. Indeed, if I advance two or three, it passes and it does not crash. Odd. likewise, if I use fast forward, I manage to avoid the crash. Help please !

Another thing, I have artifacts that sometimes appear, especially when a subtitle appears, the OSD appears, or a trailer embedded in the interface starts.

You are reporting bugs on an Unstable "RC" version to the Kodi forum which would likely only generally help with CoreELEC issues anyway.
Bugs on unstable in-progress projects (i.e. not official release versions) should always be reported to the active project page where the developers are handling bug reports.
In this instance it would be to CoreELEC on github https://github.com/CoreELEC

You are running a fairly new experimental version of CoreElec NE, so you need to go to the relevant support forum on their site
