I found this was not fixed during Beta and still reappearing in RC.

You are right, i forgot about that. Issue is fixed on github. Update will be available soon.

If you don't want to wait for the update, you could simply replace the file in the skin folder with the Includes_PVR.xml file, or install the skin from the zip file.
