BUG: Some MPEG-2 SD files cause XBMC to hang - AbMagFab - 2008-09-19
These are semi-older files converted to MPEG-2 480p from a Sony HD camera (1440x1080i). The only slightly weird thing with these files is that the MPEG-2 header had to be tweaked to say they are 16x9 MPEG-2 files. They are DD5.1 audio.
They play fine in XBMC for XBox, and in other media players on the PC (WMP, MediaPortal, etc.).
