Kodi Remote sorts all app content alphabetically - fischcode - 2023-11-21
Recently, my official Kodi Remote started to sort all displayed items alphabetically instead of displaying the default sort order as Chorus does . When the items are a hierarchical structure or an app’s menu, this behavior can make navigation almost impossible. Is there a way to make Jodi Remote use the default sort order? I already tried uninstalling/ reinstalling the app but with no success.

Can you share a screenshot of Kodi Remote and Chorus showing the same content? This will help me to understand in which menu/context you see this. For most library views the items are sorted, but there are exceptions like e.g. "recently added", "last played", plugin menus or the file mode.

More details were added in GitHub (https://github.com/xbmc/Official-Kodi-Remote-iOS/issues/987) and could now be resolved. Will be part of next TF builds.
