Cannot connect to repository - plus.design - 2024-04-18

I install version 21 on MacOS Intel, I got this error, when I try to go to add-on browser to connect to the official repository.

Hello
On Line 581 you will see a URL. On the same pc that Kodi is installed, can you access that URL in a web browser?
All you should see is a hash string.

There was a firewall rule blocking Kodi
