Qnap - ubuntu Desktop - kodi reconfigure IP Address on a host with multi IP Addresses - mythink - 2024-04-23 I have the QNAP unit with ubuntu desktop and it has the kodi server installer icon on the desktop. ran the desktop installation. Issue seems that the desktop has two interfaces and kodi service has been attached to the internal qnap network, need to reconfigure the kodi server to eth1 IP Address - if open the kodi on the qnap ubuntu desktop and click the Settings Icon --> Systems Information --> Network it give the current IP Address the server is configured for. But can find any option for re-configuring KODI Server IP Address. - Other IP Address related treads in the Linux Forum are related to changing the ubuntu IP address vs the IP address for kodi server. eth0 is behind the QNAP vswitch and eth1 is on my internal network. 15: eth0@if16: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UP group default qlen 1000 link/ether 00:16:3e:d7:66:b7 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff link-netnsid 0 inet 10.0.7.2/24 brd 10.0.7.255 scope global dynamic noprefixroute eth0 valid_lft 37592sec preferred_lft 37592sec inet6 fe80::f906:8f4c:384e:3f61/64 scope link noprefixroute valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever 17: eth1@if18: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UP group default qlen 1000 link/ether 52:54:00:b7:73:e9 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff link-netnsid 0 inet 192.168.10.111/24 brd 192.168.10.255 scope global dynamic noprefixroute eth1 valid_lft 6672sec preferred_lft 6672sec inet6 fe80::c190:b87:f1e3:c480/64 scope link noprefixroute valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever |
