I can't edit a source to be able to specify the folder type and update the media library accordingly, what should I do?

Edit an existing source, or add a new source?

The link is ok now but the item "change content" not exist on lg webos

Yea, because that is for editing an existing source.
To create a new source, maybe this helps... https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Create_Video_Library and you can probably jump to step 6 if all your media is correctly named

I understood, adding the scraper does not work on an upnp source but it is ok in smb

Correct. You cannot scrape media from a uPnP source. uPnP is it's own library.
You create a library from direct access network protocols like SMB, NFS etc.
Your image clearly shows a uPnP source, so scrapers don't work there. You just use the uPnP tree that is provided by whatever UPnP server you are using.
