Failed to install a dependency - Chang - 2024-08-25
Hi,
I have updated my vero V today and i am on Kodi 21.1. I wanted to install the latest version of QUARTZ and, very strange, it was not found in the official repository (no skins were found at all).
I downloaded the latest version from github version 5.21.1.
Installing the *zip file gives the error “Failed to install a dependency”.
I am stuck now, any help is appreciated.

Which dependency? Check the log if unsure or post it here.

and install from zip first, then try installing the skin again.
Not sure why weatherfanart was not automatically installed as it is in the repo, along with Quartz skin.
Does your log show any connection errors?

Thanks @Karellen for assisting on this one. Once again I was not notified of this new thread despite being subscribed to the forum. Some times it works. Some times not. Kind of irritating, actually.
