Poster Art for Extras will not Update - Mavii - 2024-08-29

I can't get Kodi to change the poster artwork that it shows for my extras in the Extra Managers.
  1. I have tried deleting the old file and replacing it with a new file.
  2. I have tried replacing it with a file and changing the file name.
  3. I've tired removing the extra and readding it.
  4. I've tried updating the move data.
  5. I've tried updating the library.
No matter what I have tried, it still shows the first poster I selected even though that poster doesn't even exist on my NAS anymore.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Probably the 24 hour cache. You will need to wait until that expires.

There are 2 options, either wait or delete Textures13.db.

OK. Cool. I noticed when I went back to check on things today, it updated. Is there a way to clear this cache manually?

The only option is editing the Textures database and changing the date in the lasthashcheck column of the texture table.

That sounds complicated. In the event I attempt to try this at some point, what do I need to change the date to? Has the ability to initiate a manual dump and refresh of the cache been requested by others?
