I would really like to run the wizard for setting up a new installation but don't know how to get it to run.............

Boy, I read it did. My problem is pretty simple. I have re-installed and am looking for something that can tell me how to set it all up before I screw it all up. I have been using it for years but had pc problems. Anyway, do you know anyplace I can go that explains how to set everything up?
