NVIDIA Shield TV, Kodi and audio delay. help!! - FoxADRIANO - 2024-12-01

Hi,
I use NVIDIA Shield TV, Kodi latest version and a Bravia TV to watch the videos I edited.
I never had any problems.
But today a very strange thing happened to me. I made a documentary of about 30 minutes, with various interviews. I noticed that after about 15 minutes, the synchronization went away.
Even with an audio delay of 2 seconds. Why is this happening to me?
Maybe I need to configure something in Shield TV? A few days ago I went into the settings, but I don't remember touching anything important.
Why is this happening to me? I'm worried.
Thanks for your welcome suggestions.

I thought your Shield broke?

I thought the same, but it was the broken remote. Now I had the remote repaired and Shield TV works, but I don't know if Kodi works well or not. Anyway I installed the new version of Kodi over the old one, Kodi x64.
After that installation I had a 2 second delay in audio compared to video.

I guess we'll need a full debug log.

The instructions are here... debug log (wiki)

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Use the Kodi Paste Site. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum

I thank you for your valuable advice. But after several tests, I noticed that the problem is in the file and not in Kodi.
In other words, I see this audio problem even in the file that I watch with the computer.
