got xbins 2003-12-07 of xbmc and it dosent work...
every other release from them have worked perfectly. anybody know if its on them or me?

same problem here- i remembered to delete the 0face008 folders. it just freezes on evox screen. jz

it's not just you. i have the same problem. done a clean install, deleted the 2 0face008 folders and xbmc just hangs on launch.
tried launching from avalaunch & evox. i am also using an x2 4979.67 bios.

it's been confirmed that 12-07 doesnt start if no settings.xml / calibration.xml is present, so please keep these files from your 12-03 or earlier installation, and 12-07 will start fine.
